The growth continues at Hamlin! We are delighted to welcome Florida native – Miller’s Ale House as a new option for sports and beer fans alike.

Husband and wife duo Jack and Claire Miller opened the first Miller's Ale House in 1988 in Jupiter, Florida. After their success in this location, the couple decided to grow their restaurant into a chain. By 2013, Miller's Ale House had expanded to 65 restaurants in Florida and other states and is currently at 98 locations in 10 states and counting.

Home State of Mind

The 4,315 square-foot floorplan features a brewery and an indoor taproom, as well as an outdoor patio and a beer garden. Trees left over from Hamlin’s landscaping will surround the beer garden, which also will feature a stage. The opening is slated for December, but the long-range plan includes a menu of in-house eats from their own small kitchen.

Owned by Orlando local Austin Patterson, Pinspiration Hamlin features various DIY craft projects (all materials included!) It’s perfect for birthday parties, family activities, paint and sip, community and corporate events, or a unique artsy date night experience that includes private access to Pinspiration’s “Splatter Room,” used exclusively for splatter painting. This method involves flinging, throwing, and dripping acrylic paint onto the canvas.

Get ready to be hungry! P.F. Chang’s To Go is coming to Hamlin!

This new-to-market To-Go concept originated in high-density urban areas like NYC, Chicago, and Dallas. With a smaller footprint than a typical P.F. Chang’s Chinese Bistro, it creates access to P.F. Chang’s bill of fare in a convenient format that provides a solution for online ordering, takeout, catering, and delivery.

Biggest Boomtown in Florida: Horizon West

Boomtowns are considered the fastest-growing cities in America due to rapid business and population growth. An example of such a place is Horizon West, Florida, which saw massive five- and eight-year percentage changes in population at 113.72% and 222.30%, respectively. In terms of numbers, the population jumped from 10,093 people in 2010 to 32,530 in 2018. Per capita income also grew from $32,800 to $38,050 over the course of those eight years.
