So when a fitness concept matches that energy, we have to shout it from the rooftops. We’re excited to welcome FIT as FIRE (FIT AF) to Hamlin Town Center, opening February 27.
Meet FIT as FIRE
FIT AF is the bold new brand extension of FIT407, an Orlando-born Pilates powerhouse that grew from a single Windermere studio in October 2022 into a movement with eight locations across greater Orlando. The concept fuses high-intensity reformer Pilates with infrared hot mat classes, two of the most effective training modalities today, into one seamless, results-driven experience.
The Hamlin Town Center location will be a 3,000-square-foot flagship studio. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated high-intensity reformer room and a next-level infrared hot sculpt studio, heated to 95–100°F. It is designed to deliver deeper muscle recovery, improved flexibility, and a post-workout glow that lasts long after you change back into your street clothes.
Three Class Formats, One Goal: Results
The infrared hot sculpt studio offers three class formats so you can match the workout to your energy each day:
FIT Elevate: A cardio-driven sculpt class built to strengthen stamina and power.
FIT Signature Sculpt: A core-focused session that delivers a deep, satisfying burn.
FIT Restore: A warm-flow recovery class that leaves you feeling reset, restored, and ready.
The science behind the infrared heat makes FIT AF different. Unlike traditional heated studios, infrared heat penetrates directly into muscles and joints, accelerating flexibility, detox, and recovery. You’ll feel the difference during class and long after.

We love that FIT AF was built with your schedule in mind. The Hamlin flagship includes full-service locker rooms and showers, so you can squeeze in a morning class and still walk into your 9 a.m. meeting looking sharp. Every class offers scalable modifications, so beginners, athletes, and everyone in between will find their stride here.
FIT407 is growing fast, with Lake Mary next on the map and 18 studios projected by the end of 2026. Hamlin gets to be part of that story from the beginning.
