Residential areas in Hamlin have matured, and the current growth is now concentrated within a 10-minute drive south and west of Hamlin. However, 4-5 large residential projects in Hamlin will start delivering new homes in 2024, adding to the already dense population.
As the community expands, the demand for more retail, restaurants, and offices has increased dramatically; however, commercial opportunities remain extremely limited. Investment in these areas is prime as they serve the growing population and present promising business opportunities for growth in Hamlin’s evolving landscape.
